The Role
- Managing the HR inbox and handling first-line HR enquiries
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and new starter administration
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assisting with probation reviews, leavers and benefits administration
- Preparing letters, forms and HR documents
- Supporting the wider HR team with administration and coordination tasks
- Providing professional and approachable support to employees and managers
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Professional, approachable and customer focused
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information appropriately

Working Hours
Full time - 40 hours per week. Early start between 07:30am - 08:00am flexible.
