Our client, a growing and dynamic company who specialise in technical products, based in Tewkesbury, has an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis due to business growth and increased demand. This is a genuinely fantastic company with great earning potential. This role will be field based with the expectation to visit the Tewkesbury office on occasion.

Please Note: You MUST hold a full UK driving licence to be considered for this role.

The Successful Business Development Executive Should Have:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development or product-led consultative selling
  • A strong track record of building relationships and developing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to pipeline generation and account growth
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales activity (desirable)

In this role, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities for Teal Products
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective customers through outbound activity and networking
  • Developing long‑term, consultative relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders
  • Delivering tailored product presentations, proposals and supporting commercial discussions
  • Working closely with internal marketing and product teams to support campaigns and market growth initiatives

Our client is offering the successful Business Development Executive a salary in the region of £35,000 – £45,000 DOE plus performance-based bonuses and benefits, along with career progression opportunities, a supportive working environment, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
