Our client, a well-established and highly regarded consultancy based in Cheltenham, is looking to recruit a Health & Safety Administrator to join their growing Business Support team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful Health & Safety Administrator should have:
- Previous administration experience within a Health & Safety, HSEQ or compliance environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to occasionally travel to another company office.
In this role, the Health & Safety Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality activities.
- Managing the health and safety inbox, responding to enquiries and directing requests to the appropriate team members.
- Maintaining compliance records, documentation and supporting ongoing health and safety projects and initiatives.
- Assisting with routine health and safety administration, ensuring key tasks are completed within required timescales.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a high-quality internal support service and promote health and safety best practice.
Our client is offering the successful Health & Safety Administrator a salary of up to Β£33,000 alongside an excellent benefits package.
