Our client, a well-established firm within Transport and Logistics sector, based in Worcester, has an exciting new opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team on a part time, ongoing temporary basis due to a recent restructure. The successful Transport Administrator should have: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using Excel and working with numbers Reliable and able to keep on top of tasks A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative Good communication skills and a friendly manner In this role, the Transport Administrator will be responsible for: Inputting and maintaining accurate data on Excel spreadsheets Updating and managing the driver training matrix Monitoring work instructions and ensuring drivers have completed required sign-offs Maintaining organised filing and compliance records Providing general administrative support to the Transport Controller and wider operations team Our client is offering the successful Transport Administrator an hourly rate of 14 to 16 per hour (depending on experience) plus benefits including holiday allowance.
