Our client, a well-established and growing business within the fenestration and home improvement industry, based in Cheltenham and surrounding Gloucestershire areas, has an exciting new opportunity for a Windows Doors Surveyor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth and increased demand.
The successful Window Door Surveyor should have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience surveying windows, doors, conservatories and glazed roof systems
- Strong knowledge of uPVC, aluminium, timber, Velfac and Rationel products
- Excellent understanding of building regulations, construction practices and safety standards
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high level of IT proficiency
In this role, the Window Door Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Carrying out detailed site surveys and taking accurate measurements for windows, doors and conservatory projects
- Agreeing specifications with customers and obtaining sign-off prior to order processing
- Producing purchase orders, fitting sheets and site-specific RAMS documentation
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintaining accurate project records within the CRM system and assisting with service call assessment
