Our client, a well-established and growing business within the fenestration and home improvement industry, based in Cheltenham and surrounding Gloucestershire areas, has an exciting new opportunity for a Windows Doors Surveyor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth and increased demand.

The successful Window Door Surveyor should have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience surveying windows, doors, conservatories and glazed roof systems
  • Strong knowledge of uPVC, aluminium, timber, Velfac and Rationel products
  • Excellent understanding of building regulations, construction practices and safety standards
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high level of IT proficiency

In this role, the Window Door Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out detailed site surveys and taking accurate measurements for windows, doors and conservatory projects
  • Agreeing specifications with customers and obtaining sign-off prior to order processing
  • Producing purchase orders, fitting sheets and site-specific RAMS documentation
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintaining accurate project records within the CRM system and assisting with service call assessment
