We're looking for a reliable and organised Stores & Logistics Administrator to join a small team within an established precision engineering company in Stonehouse. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll help keep products moving to production and make sure deliveries, tracking information and records are kept accurate.
The role includes:
- Distributing products to the production line, lifting involved up to 25kg
- Updating delivery dates and tracking information
- Monitoring stores and confirming deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets
- Supporting the team with general logistics administration
- Escalating any delivery issues when required
We're looking for someone who:
- Is organised and has great attention to detail
- Can work accurately in a busy environment
- Has basic Excel and computer skills
- Is reliable and able to follow processes
- Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn
No previous stores or logistics experience is essential; full training will be provided. We're looking for the right person with a good work ethic and a willingness to learn.
