Our client, a successful and well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in Evesham, is looking to recruit a Procurement Supply Chain Coordinator to join their busy Purchasing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in purchasing, procurement, buying, supply chain or logistics who is looking to further develop their career within a growing manufacturing business.
You'll become part of a supportive team where you'll play a key role in ensuring materials, products and services are purchased efficiently to support production and day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities of a Procurement

Coordinator: Raise and process purchase orders for both direct and indirect materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Manage the procurement of indirect items including office supplies, PPE, IT equipment, software licences and general consumables.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain order acknowledgements, monitor delivery schedules and resolve routine supply issues.
Maintain accurate supplier records, purchasing documentation and ERP system data (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Assist with stock investigations, purchasing administration and departmental KPI reporting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance purchasing processes and efficiencies.
