HR Advisor Required β Immediate Start

Assignment: Minimum 2 months (potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on all people-related matters.
- Manage all aspects of Employee Relations (ER) including conducting hearings, drafting letters, note-taking, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Provide expert advice on staff consultations and support associated processes.
- Stay up to date with employment legislation, implementing relevant policy changes.
- Lead and support HR projects as required.
- Ensure a safe working environment in line with company Health and Safety policies.
- Undertake any other duties necessary to support the HR department.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, particularly in Employee Relations.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
