We are recruiting for a Head of Operations for the Hampshire & Sussex area for a major client of ours who are a seriously big player in their field. This is a full time, permanent position offering up to £75k DOE + full ops tool kit (vehicle, phone, laptop, etc.)
About the Role
You'll be stepping into a senior operational leadership role where safety, people, and delivery standards sit front and centre. This is a fast paced, multi-site environment that needs a Head of Operations who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. This role needs someone who can keep the engine running smoothly while driving performance, compliance, and commercial success.
As Head of Operations you'll be owning:
- Strategic Leadership & Operational Control
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the region, keeping everything aligned with business goals.
- Drive strategic improvements that boost efficiency, streamline processes, and elevate service delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry changes, compliance requirements, and best practice.
