Our client, a well-established business within the manufacturing industry, based in Evesham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Stores & Warehouse Operative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.
The successful Stores & Warehouse Operative should have:
- Previous warehouse or stores experience
- Good communication skills and a strong team-player mentality
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
- The ability to work independently and use their initiative
- Good computer literacy, with forklift experience/licence desirable
In this role, the Stores & Warehouse Operative will be responsible for:
- Completing goods in and goods out activities, including picking and packing
- Carrying out assembly and rework of products
- Operating a forklift and supporting the movement and consolidation of stock
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised and running efficiently
- Completing general warehouse duties as required to ensure goods are received and dispatched correctly and on time
Our client is offering the successful Stores & Warehouse Operative a salary in the region of £25,300 - £27,300, dependent on experience, alongside a range of benefits including holiday allowance, pension, onsite parking and the potential of an annual bonus plus full training to support you in the role.
