Are you an organised administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services firm for a Client Services Administrator to join their Internal Client Services team on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a prestigious organisation, providing essential administrative support across a variety of legal practice areas in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding administrative and client service support to internal teams. Manage incoming and outgoing post and arrange courier services. Assist with file closing, archiving and document retrieval. Complete photocopying, printing, scanning, binding and filing tasks. Support the Finance team by submitting receipts, cheques and invoices. Process payment requests. Assist with the preparation of court bundles alongside the document specialist team. Maintain and update client records accurately. Carry out basic Land Registry searches. Minimum of 6 months administration experience. GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English. Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
