This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take the next step or continue their retail management career. This is a 12 Month FTC with an immediate start available.
What you'll be doing as an Assistant Showroom Manager:
- Supporting the Showroom Manager and leading the showroom in their absence
- Driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Coaching, motivating and supporting a team of 5-6 colleagues
- Managing customer orders, appointments, deliveries and payments
- Helping with rotas, training and team performance
- Maintaining excellent showroom presentation and stock control
