This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take the next step or continue their retail management career. What you'll be doing as an Assistant Showroom Manager:
- Supporting the Showroom Manager and leading the showroom in their absence
- Driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Coaching, motivating and supporting a team of 5-6 colleagues
- Managing customer orders, appointments, deliveries and payments
- Helping with rotas, training and team performance
- Maintaining excellent showroom presentation and stock control
