Are you a personable and proactive HR professional ready to make a real impact? We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our clients friendly, fast-paced HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied generalist role, supporting the HR Manager across the full employee lifecycle while driving meaningful HR projects and initiatives.

Location: Tewkesbury (Fully office-based)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Department: Human Resources

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Offering expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters from employee relations to performance and absence management
  • Supporting and coaching line managers to help them grow their people management skills
  • Handling generalist HR administration such as contract changes, leavers, and retention
  • Partnering with departments including Payroll, Recruitment, and L&D to ensure a seamless people experience
  • Playing a key role in HR projects and policy updates that support our HR strategy
  • Analysing HR data and reporting on key metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Promoting employee benefits, representing us at local job fairs and schools, and being a champion for positive workplace culture

About You:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • A confident communicator with a warm and engaging approach
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Highly organised and calm under pressure, with a proactive mindset
  • Skilled in building trusted relationships at all levels of a business
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team

Desirable:

  • Experience in a multi-site organisation
  • Knowledge of HR systems and project delivery
