We are recruiting for an exciting HR Administrator opportunity for our client based in Tewkesbury, joining a friendly, supportive and fast-paced HR team within a well-established and growing business. This role offers genuine exposure to all areas of HR, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their experience within Human Resources.

The Role

  • As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations.
  • Managing the HR inbox and handling first-line HR enquiries.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and new starter administration.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assisting with probation reviews, leavers and benefits administration.
  • Preparing letters, forms and HR documents.
  • Supporting the wider HR team with administration and coordination tasks.
  • Providing professional and approachable support to employees and managers.

About You

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, approachable and customer focused.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Keen to learn and develop within HR.

Working Hours

Full time - 40 hours per week. Early start between 07:30am - 08:00am flexible.
