Our client, a leader within the Healthcare industry, based in Cheltenham, has an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team on a full time, temporary basis starting immediately.

The successful Head Chef should have

  • An NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality, or equivalent qualifications/experience.
  • A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Experience managing a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Passionate about creating healthy, nutritious menus.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate.

In this role, the Head Chef will be responsible for

  • Leading, mentoring and training the kitchen team to ensure high standards across service.
  • Manage stock and kitchen operations efficiently and responsibly.
  • Deliver high quality meals, whilst responding to individual dietary needs with care and attention.
  • Create season, nutritious menus making the most out of your budget.

Our client is offering the successful Head Chef an hourly rate of £19.50 per hour, plus benefits including holiday allowance.

This is an ongoing assignment, working 08:00-18:00 and alternate weekends.
