We are recruiting for an exciting HR Administrator opportunity for our client based in Tewkesbury, joining a friendly, supportive and fast-paced HR team within a well-established and growing business. The Role

As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations. Key duties will include:

  • Managing the HR inbox and handling first-line HR enquiries
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and new starter administration
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assisting with probation reviews, leavers and benefits administration
  • Preparing letters, forms and HR documents
  • Supporting the wider HR team with administration and coordination tasks
  • Providing professional and approachable support to employees and managers

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

Working Hours

  • Full time - 40 hours per week
  • Early start between 07:30am - 08:00am flexible
