We’re offering an exciting leadership role for a Technical Manager to take the lead on all things food safety, quality assurance, and compliance. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the standards and practices that define our brand, while being an integral part of our senior management team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading technical compliance, food safety, and quality strategy across the business
- Managing and developing a skilled technical team
- Overseeing and improving quality control systems & audits (including BRC and HACCP)
- Hosting key accreditation and customer audits
- Collaborating on NPD to ensure quality and compliance from the ground up
- Working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive performance
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- A Degree or HND in a food-related subject
- Strong technical knowledge, with experience in high-risk food manufacturing
- Previous BRC and audit experience (internal & external)
- A proven track record in managing teams and developing technical culture
- Clear, confident communicator with a detail-focused mindset
- Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety certifications
- Knowledge of the dairy or broader FMCG food industry
- A proactive problem solver with strong leadership skills
