Senior Channel Manager Gloucstershire Hybrid | 6-Month Contract (Potential to Extend) | £70,000+ (DOE) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Manager to lead the development and delivery of brand communications strategies for the company brands of our key client. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this senior management contract role will focus on driving brand awareness and preference with specification audiences through data-led, multi-channel campaigns. The successful candidate will bring strategic expertise, creativity, and proven leadership in managing high-profile communications programmes. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute brand strategies tailored to specification audiences. Oversee multi-channel campaigns including PR, social, media, and events. Lead and manage multiple external agencies, ensuring delivery against KPIs and OKRs. Drive and monitor product launch campaigns, ensuring alignment across digital platforms. Analyse campaign performance, demonstrating ROI and recommending improvements. Collaborate across teams to align ESG initiatives and ensure consistency of brand messaging. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand how the strategy can support the delivery of the specification brand strategy. Education & Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior marketing roles with proven brand strategy delivery. Strong track record of multi-channel communications and stakeholder engagement. Experience managing agencies and large-scale campaigns. Educated to degree level (Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred). Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills. Results driven, with strong data analysis skills and be able to draw out insight and make recommendations for improvement. Contract Details & Package: Contract: 6 months initially, with potential to extend to 12 months. Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite in Cheltenham (flexibility considered).
