- Assisting with property showcasing.
- Register rental property details onto in-house software system.
- Ensure full and complete records are kept both in relation to the Tenant and Landlord.
- Liaise with both Tenants and Landlords in relation to viewings and follow ups.
- Continue business growth by actively networking.
- General Administration.
Skills and Attributes:
- Full UK Driving Licence is a MUST.
- Experience within property is preferable but definitely not essential.
- Good sense of character.
- Good communication skills via phone and email.
