Sales Executive – Outstanding Products, Inspiring Culture Location: Hereford Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + Benefits Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm + occasional Saturdays (9:30am–12:30pm) Are you a confident, enthusiastic salesperson with a passion for great products and genuine customer relationships? An established and expanding company in the natural stone and engineered oak industry is looking for a Sales Representative to join their friendly and ambitious team based just 3 miles from Hereford city centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that prides itself on its exceptional culture, beautiful products, and outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing Build strong client relationships: Engage with customers in the showroom and over the phone, understanding their needs and guiding them through their projects. Be the expert: Develop deep product knowledge to confidently educate and inspire customers about the stunning stone and oak ranges. Drive sales growth: Identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets. Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with a supportive, close-knit team who share insights, celebrate success, and work towards common goals.
