Are you ready for a meaningful new role where your leadership can make a real difference? We are looking for a dedicated and inspiring Residential Manager to join our team supporting young adults with complex physical and learning disabilities.
In this full-time position, you will lead a committed care and support team, ensuring each individual receives high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and a fulfilling lifestyle.
What you will do:
- Lead and support a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding residential care
- Create a safe, homely environment where residents can thrive socially, emotionally, and physically
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies
- Oversee care plans, manage rotas, and ensure compliance with internal policies and CQC standards
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Champion continuous improvement and staff development
About you:
- Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities and behaviours that challenge
- Passionate about empowering young people to live life to the fullest
Hours:
- Core hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- One early shift (from 7am) and one late shift (until 10pm) per week
- Occasional weekend work (approx. once every 10 weeks during term transitions)
