Job Description

Our client, a well-established and growing property business based in the Cheltenham area, has an exciting new opportunity for a Property Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis due to continued business growth, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm. If you are a strong administrator with an interest in property, this is an excellent opportunity with flexibility for the right candidate.\\n\\nThe successful Property Administrator should have:\\n\\nPrevious administrative experience; experience within the property industry is beneficial but not essential\\nExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills\\nConfident communication skills with a friendly, professional manner\\nGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office\\nA proactive and efficient approach to administrative tasks\\nIn this role, the Property Administrator will be responsible for:\\n\\nAssisting with the preparation and management of property listings\\nCoordinating with photographers, EPC assessors, and other service providers, keeping clients informed throughout the process\\nEnsuring all property listings meet compliance requirements and company policies\\nProviding administrative support across departments and assisting company directors\\nMaintaining accurate records and documentation related to properties and client interactions\\nOur client is offering the successful Property Administrator a salary in the region of £27,000 plus benefits including holiday allowance and company perks.\\n\\nIf you are an organised, motivated individual with a passion for property and administration, apply now to be considered for this exciting opportunity!\\n\\nRE Recruitment act as an employment agency on behalf of the employer.
