Are you a Marketing Manager looking for your next position? Do you have experience within the IT or cyber sector? Our client is a fast-growing consultancy seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead and develop their marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing strategy in a dynamic, forward-thinking business, and to make a real impact on brand visibility, lead generation, and overall growth. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and day-to-day delivery across all areas of marketing. You will be remote based with occasional travel to Gloucestershire and other UK events. This role has a starting salary of up to £55,000.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals
  • Manage website, email, and social media content to increase engagement and generate leads
  • Create high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters
  • Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns, events, and webinars
  • Refine brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Conduct market research to support brand positioning and identify new opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and manage external suppliers when required

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in a small business or consultancy setting
  • Strong skills in digital marketing (email, SEO, content, social media, analytics)
  • Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Canva
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management abilities
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Capable of turning technical subjects into accessible, engaging content
  • Eligible for UK Security Clearance (or willing to undergo the process)
