Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality PA and secretarial support to a team of Fee Earners.
- Proactive diary management and producing accurate correspondence (letters, emails, and online forms).
- Handling client communications professionally, liaising with third parties, and chasing outstanding matters.
- Managing paper and electronic files in line with firm procedures.
- Preparing forms, draft bills, and processing financial transactions under instruction.
- Monitoring emails, voicemail, and post to ensure timely action.
- Audio and copy typing, document production, and minute-taking at meetings.
- Coordinating client and internal events, including liaising with Marketing and arranging logistics.
What We9re Looking For
- Proven PA/Secretarial experience within a legal setting (real estate or property law preferred).
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and accurately.
- Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Team player who is adaptable and able to support across the wider department.
