We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary / PA to provide dedicated support to busy management team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven legal PA secretarial experience who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality PA and secretarial support to a team of Fee Earners.
Proactive diary management and producing accurate correspondence (letters, emails, and online forms).
Handling client communications professionally, liaising with third parties, and chasing outstanding matters.
Managing paper and electronic files in line with firm procedures.
Preparing forms, draft bills, and processing financial transactions under instruction.
Monitoring emails, voicemail, and post to ensure timely action.
Audio and copy typing, document production, and minute-taking at meetings.
Coordinating client and internal events, including liaising with Marketing and arranging logistics.
What We’re Looking For

Proven PA/Secretarial experience within a legal setting (real estate or property law preferred).
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and accurately.
Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
Team player who is adaptable and able to support across the wider department.
