Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Rotating Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday, working five days out of seven

  • Weekday shifts rotate between 5:30am, 6:00am, 7:00am and 12:00pm starts
  • Saturday: 8:00am start
  • Sunday: 6:00am start

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Laboratory Technician to join a busy Technical Department based in Tewkesbury. This role is ideal for someone who is accurate, methodical and enjoys working in a laboratory environment where quality and food safety are at the heart of everything you do. You will play a key role in ensuring dairy products consistently meet the highest standards through routine testing, sampling and quality control procedures.

Whether you already have laboratory experience or are looking to develop a career within laboratory sciences, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role: As a Laboratory Technician, you will support the day-to-day operation of the laboratory by carrying out microbiological, chemical and compositional testing of raw milk and finished dairy products.
