Our client, a well-established and growing business within the fenestration and home improvement industry, based in Cheltenham and surrounding Gloucestershire areas, has an exciting new opportunity for a Window & Door Surveyor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth and increased demand.
The successful Window & Door Surveyor should have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience surveying windows, doors, conservatories and glazed roof systems
- Strong knowledge of uPVC, aluminium, timber, Velfac and Rationel products
- Excellent understanding of building regulations, construction practices and safety standards
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high level of IT proficiency
In this role, the Window & Door Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Carrying out detailed site surveys and taking accurate measurements for windows, doors and conservatory projects
- Agreeing specifications with customers and obtaining sign-off prior to order processing
- Producing purchase orders, fitting sheets and site-specific RAMS documentation
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintaining accurate project records within the CRM system and assisting with service call assessments
Our client is offering the successful Window & Door Surveyor a salary in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company van, performance-related bonus scheme, company pension, private medical insurance, private dental insurance, on-site parking and office refreshments, along with a competitive holiday allowance.
