Our client, a well-established, family-run specialist in fire protection and electronic security systems, based in Gloucestershire and serving the surrounding counties, has an exciting new opportunity for an Installation Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth. The successful Installation Engineer should have: Proven experience in installing fire and/or security systems Strong technical ability with effective fault-finding skills A clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout Gloucestershire and neighbouring counties Excellent communication and customer service skills A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach to work In this role, the Installation Engineer will be responsible for: Installing and commissioning fire and electronic security systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sites Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of safety and compliance Liaising with customers professionally and providing clear progress updates Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring equipment and tools are in good working order Supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, supportive team environment Our client is offering the successful Installation Engineer a starting salary of £34,000 per annum, plus paid overtime, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas shutdown, and a company pension scheme.
