Hours 10.00 until 14.00, 5 days a week, minimum 3 days in the Cheltenham office a week.
Our client, a fantastic employer based in central Cheltenham, is looking for a Part-Time HR Advisor to join their team. This is an important role, reporting directly in to the CEO, providing day-to-day support and advice across all HR issues.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing practical advice and guidance to managers across the business
- Integrating HR into the overall strategy and planning process by forging strong relationships with SMT
- The entire workforce lifecycle, from onboarding and induction, to L&D and performance management
- Managing perks and benefits schemes, including arranging team building events
- Administrative tasks in preparing HR related documents and policies
We are looking for a HR Advisor with:
- Demonstrable experience working within an all-round HR department
- Ideally, CIPD qualification at level 5, or working towards
- A background in IT, technology or cyber security would be very beneficial
- Great attention to detail and a self-motivated attitude
- The ability to build relationships at all levels, and communicate effectively
- Ability to complete enhanced security clearances if required
