Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We have an excellent opportunity for a Masker / Operator Inspector to join a well-established manufacturing team in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare manufactured components for the painting process
  • Apply masking tape to components with precision and accuracy
  • Carry out loading, unloading, and manual handling duties
  • Inspect components using alignment gauges
  • Perform hand-filing and surface preparation as required
  • Clean components in readiness for final inspection
  • Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the production process

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in preparation and polishing within a manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of masking, sanding, priming, and polishing techniques an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • A reliable, proactive, and flexible team player
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
