What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing the maintenance team
  • Driving preventative and planned maintenance programmes
  • Reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
  • Managing maintenance budgets and contractors
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects across the site
  • Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
  • Proven maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing or production
  • Excellent problem-solving and people management skills
  • Experience with budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • AutoCAD experience desirable
