Customer Service Administrator – Quedgeley, Gloucester
Our client, a well-established and growing business within the technology sector, based in Quedgeley, Gloucester, has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.
Location and Work Details
This role is a full onsite position. There is no hybrid option. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer service and sales calls, providing professional support and advice.
- Respond promptly to customer emails and manage customer expectations.
- Assist with or generate quotes and process payments.
- Handle general customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
