CNC Technician – Turner Stroud – Permanent – Fulltime- Days, early finish Friday- Salary DOE My client Is looking for a CNC Technician – Turner that can program, set and operate CNC Lathe machines in a production environment, ensuring the top quality within given timescale. To be considered you must have Fanuc programming skills- online, great opportunity to develop into a leadership position. The role: Program, Set and operate CNC machines using set up sheets, selecting tooling. (Lathes) Self-inspect, including quality, cleaning, and de-burring. Create and edit Machining programs (on machine) – Fanuc controls Confidently interpret technical specifications and drawings Continually assess tool condition and maintain as necessary. Excellent attention to detail and possess the drive to learn and develop. Team player with the ability to work using your own initiative. The Person: Motivated, highly organised CNC machinist. Experience working with Fanuc controlled CNC Machinery – 4 years desirable Experience using a variety of inspection equipment including verniers, callipers. Experience in production machining environment. Offline Programming – Hypermill(Desirable) Computer literate, good numeracy, and literacy skills.
