What You’ll Be Doing As an Account Handler, you’ll be the key link between our clients and internal teams (production, design, warehouse, service delivery). You’ll manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your role will include: Taking briefs, preparing quotes, and processing orders Coordinating with suppliers, tracking progress, and arranging deliveries/installs Raising client invoices and approving supplier invoices Supporting financial accuracy with key month-end reporting Providing cover for colleagues during holidays/sickness Getting stuck in with general office admin when needed What You’ll Bring Excellent communication skills — you’ll be the go-to person!
