About the Role:
We are recruiting an Operator Inspector to join our Cardiff site on a nights basis. This role is integral to ensuring production work is prepared, processed, and inspected to the highest standard. The position includes handling components, surface treatment processes, and inspection of work to drawing specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and move components carefully to prevent damage.
- Prepare, process, and inspect components in line with drawings and standards.
- Complete all production documentation accurately.
- Perform masking, racking/jigging, cleaning, and unmasking of components.
- Maintain traceability and serialisation of customer components.
- Support safe operation and basic maintenance of production areas.
- Work flexibly across departments to support production needs.
