We are working with a longstanding client, based in Tewkesbury, to recruit a Business Manager for their training division. This is a growing element of the business, and there is huge scope to develop this role into more as your hard work brings business growth.

The Business Manager will:

  • Integrate themself into the training division, and create and implement a growth strategy
  • Coordinate operations with an external network of training providers and build on opportunities to grow
  • Review existing training platforms and providers, exploring alternatives to compare against and making changes if required
  • Maintain HR best practice and keep abreast of new legislation and regulation within the industry

We are looking for a Business Manager with:

  • Demonstrable experience within commercial operations, ideally within L&D or training
  • Strong IT literacy and communication skills
  • Team management success
  • Change management and financial planning experience
  • A valid UK Driving Licence, as this role does involve some travel across the UK, although predominantly office-based

This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive and friendly team, as part of a larger group offering excellent benefits including 28 days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays, annual salary reviews, life and critical illness cover and a competitive pension scheme.
