We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java (Backend) and React (Frontend) to join our team.

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java, with a strong focus on server-side engineering.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs.
  • Lead backend development initiatives and enforce best coding practices.
  • Contribute to the React frontend, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
  • Work hands-on with LLM/AI technologies (Claude preferred).
  • Mentor UI developers and guide frontend architecture decisions.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization.

Strong backend development experience with Java (preferably Spring Boot). Deep expertise in server-side architecture and API design/development. Proficiency in React for frontend development. Hands-on experience with LLM/AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) and integrating AI into applications. Experience mentoring UI developers and working in cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of databases and query optimization. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
