We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java (Backend) and React (Frontend) to join our team.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java, with a strong focus on server-side engineering.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs.
- Lead backend development initiatives and enforce best coding practices.
- Contribute to the React frontend, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
- Work hands-on with LLM/AI technologies (Claude preferred).
- Mentor UI developers and guide frontend architecture decisions.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization.
Strong backend development experience with Java (preferably Spring Boot). Deep expertise in server-side architecture and API design/development. Proficiency in React for frontend development.
