Your Role

As an integral part of our team, your mission as a Senior Onboarding Consultant is to ensure a seamless integration of Re-Leased software for our largest clients. You will serve as the vital link between our company and customers during the onboarding process and ensure clients realise the full value of Re-Leased. This role can be based anywhere in the UK or join our London office.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, jargon-free training to end users and execs — virtually or in-person
  • Run smooth onboarding projects from kick-off to handover
  • Understand each customer’s business and tailor their setup for long-term success
  • Troubleshoot early-stage challenges and act as a trusted advisor
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Success) to keep onboarding on track
  • Translate customer needs into practical system configurations
  • Work with our product experts to find the best-fit workflows and features
  • Redefine customer processes to align with product features

Your Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a training, onboarding, implementation, or enablement roles (ideally SaaS)
  • Background in PropTech or commercial real estate (property ops, accounting, etc.)
  • Evidence of working with large/enterprise customers
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects
  • Skilled at giving product demos and guiding customers through solutions
  • Familiar with tools like Salesforce, MS Teams, and project tracking platforms
  • Knowledge of accounting platforms e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct etc.
