This is a newly created position at Re-Leased — and an exciting one! As Community Manager, you will be the connective tissue of our UK operation, ensuring the office runs brilliantly, our teams are supported, and our culture is felt in everything from day-to-day operations through to our biggest events of the year. You'll work closely with the VP of EMEA and the wider management team, touching almost every part of the business — from Sales and Customer teams to HR, Marketing, and Finance. This role is for someone who thrives on variety, takes genuine pride in the details, and brings energy and warmth to everything they do.

Your Responsibilities

  • Office Management
    • Own the day-to-day running of the Re-Leased UK office, ensuring it's a great place to work
    • Manage office supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, and general upkeep
    • Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and logistics
  • Sales & Customer Team Support
    • Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales and Customer teams
    • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and ad hoc requests that help the teams focus on what they do best
    • Support onboarding logistics for new starters across commercial functions
  • Events, Logistics & Marketing Campaigns
    • Plan and execute internal and external events — from intimate team offsites to larger customer-facing activations
    • Coordinate logistics for marketing campaigns and brand activations in the UK market
    • Manage event budgets, supplier relationships, and on-the-day execution with precision
  • Internal Events & Culture
    • Lead the planning and delivery of internal events including End-of-Quarter celebrations, team socials, and company milestone moments
    • Help build and maintain a vibrant, inclusive office culture that reflects Re-Leased's values
    • Be the person who makes people feel welcome, celebrated, and connected
  • HR Support
    • Partner with the HR team on people-related initiatives, events, and communications
    • Support recruitment logistics, onboarding coordination, and employee experience programmes
    • Help maintain a workplace environment where people feel valued and supported
  • Stakeholder & Leadership Support
    • Act as a trusted support to the VP of EMEA and regional management team on operational matters
    • Liaise confidently across multiple internal stakeholders and functions — from senior leadership to frontline teams
    • Manage communications, scheduling, and project coordination on behalf of the leadership team where required

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in an office management, operations, events, or EA/PA role — ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
  • Exceptionally organised with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A natural connector — someone who builds relationships easily and communicates with warmth and professionalism
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented; someone who genuinely finds a way
  • Confident using Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools (Slack, Notion, or similar)
  • Experience supporting a senior leadership team or regional function
  • Background in event planning or marketing campaign logistics
  • Exposure to a high-growth SaaS or PropTech businesses
  • Familiarity with HR processes and people operations
  • Experience working within, or in close support of, a Sales or Customer team in a SaaS environment
