Re-Leased is the property management platform helping property professionals run better real estate businesses. We’re building AI-powered tools that simplify complexity, reduce risk, and help teams thrive in a digital-first world.
Your Role
At Re-Leased, our Account Management team is at the heart of how we grow — not just as a business, but in the value we deliver to our customers every day. As an Account Manager, you’ll own a dedicated portfolio of accounts across the UK region, driving retention and growth through strong customer relationships and sharp commercial judgement. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales, and help mentor Associate Account Managers as they develop. This is a role for someone who is genuinely curious about customers, motivated by commercial outcomes, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end. You’ll lead upsell and renewal conversations, help customers get more value from the Re-Leased platform, and bring a deep understanding of the property management market to every conversation. If you’re ambitious, commercially sharp, and want to take the next step in your SaaS Account Management career — this is the role for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Own revenue and retention targets, leading upsell and renewal conversations end-to-end across your portfolio.
- Drive ARR growth across your portfolio, owning forecasting and pipeline accuracy for your accounts.
- Provide tailored solutions that align our product suite to each customer’s business needs and goals.
- Proactively identify and progress growth opportunities, bringing in Customer Success and Sales as needed, and lead customers to get the most from Re-Leased.
- Build and own senior stakeholder relationships, independently identifying and closing commercial opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates, renewal timelines, and account activity.
- Facilitate up-skilling and education for customers to maximise their use of the platform, and mentor Associate Account Managers within the team.
- Maintain product knowledge and articulate Re-Leased’s value proposition confidently at every level of a customer organisation.
- Lead account planning and quarterly business reviews for key accounts, and independently negotiate contract terms and pricing.
Your Experience
- Experience in a SaaS Account Management or similar quota-carrying commercial role, with a proven track record of hitting renewal and upsell targets.
- Demonstrated commercial impact — evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue, retention, or growth targets.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot), with strong pipeline and forecasting discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills, including experience negotiating commercial terms.
- Coach-ability and a genuine desire to learn — you seek feedback and act on it, and enjoy mentoring more junior colleagues.
- An interest in the commercial real estate or property management space is a bonus.
