Your Role

As an integral part of our team, your mission as an Onboarding Consultant is to ensure a seamless integration of Re-Leased software for our clients. You\’ll serve as the vital link between our company and customers during the onboarding process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding projects and conduct training for new users.
  • Assist with data migration and workflow optimizations.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer base and our internal teams.
  • Influence product development with user feedback.
  • Maintain high-quality service with excellent communication skills.

Your Experience

  • Experience in the commercial real estate market.
  • Proficient data management and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and agile methodologies.
  • Background in accounting (NetSuite, Xero, Sage Intacct etc.).
  • Experience of onboarding SaaS customers.
  • Proven ability to lead online training sessions.
