Your Role am: pm is Re-Leased’s new AI-powered platform for commercial property management - a greenfield product reshaping how property managers work.
This is one of the first two hires into the delivery function.
Early US enterprise customers are landing.
You come in before the methodology is finished and help shape it while running live engagements.
What you build here defines what am: pm delivery looks like at scale.
This role owns the enablement experience for customers adopting am: pm.
You work directly with property management teams to design and embed new workflows, replacing existing processes with AI-powered operations.
You are the face of that change.
You command a room, build trust fast, and drive adoption through relationships as much as process - with enough technical grounding to handle product questions live.
The role sits between the implementation consultant and change management lead.
- Your Responsibilities
- Project manage customer enablement end to end - workflows implemented, data ingested, teams live
- Work onsite with property managers to guide them through the transition
- Troubleshoot and resolve adoption challenges during implementation
- Deliver enablement projects on time and to a high standard
- Deliver engaging, practical training for property managers and operational teams
- Tailor content to each customer's specific goals and workflows
- Build and maintain high-quality documentation and playbooks to scale future engagements
- Gather customer feedback and feed insights back to Product and Customer Success
- Build trust and enthusiasm for the platform through hands‑on support
- Communicate change clearly and handle concerns with empathy and confidence
- Act as the primary champion for customer success throughout enablement
- Partner with customer champions and directors to establish an AI centre of excellence within each customer's business
- Help define what good looks like at each stage of implementation; flag gaps and bring improvements back to the team
- Contribute to the partner model design - what a certified delivery partner proves, and what onboarding a partner looks like in practice
- Assist in developing the strategy of the services framework as it scales - the rollout blueprint, AI Co E structure, and delivery model for volume
- Your Experience
- Property or business transformation experience - demonstrated ability in running change in complex organisations.
- Technically grounded with the ability to demo, troubleshoot live in front of a customer, and articulate how the product works at a customer‑facing level
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools, agents, and workflow automation with an AI‑forward mindset
- Has run implementation or change management projects with enterprise or mid‑market clients. Structured thinking and written output matter here alongside presence in the room.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel essential; CRM or Saa S platform experience a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills; can influence and guide stakeholders through significant change
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking; commercially aware
- Significant experience in implementation consulting, Saa S delivery, or business transformation
