Your Role

We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Trainer & Onboarding Consultant to join our EMEA team. In this dual role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring new customers in the commercial real estate sector are successfully onboarded and equipped to use our platform confidently and effectively. You’ll manage the onboarding process from kick-off through to handover, while also delivering engaging, practical training tailored to a wide range of user types — from day-to-day operators to senior decision-makers. This role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience in PropTech, a solid understanding of the commercial real estate landscape, and a passion for customer success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Training
  • Deliver tailored software training (remote and in-person) to customers across the EMEA region.
  • Design and adapt training content to meet the needs of different user groups (property managers, asset managers, finance teams, etc.).
  • Maintain and evolve training materials including presentations, guides, recorded content and self-directed learning.
  • Partner with internal teams to stay up to date with product changes and ensure training reflects the latest capabilities.
  • Capture feedback to continuously improve the learning experience.
  • Onboarding
    • Own the onboarding journey for new customers from initial engagement to successful platform adoption.
    • Run project kick-offs, manage timelines, and coordinate deliverables across internal and customer teams.
    • Understand customer business processes and ensure the software configuration supports their objectives.
    • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across operational and leadership levels.
    • Ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Success and Support teams post-onboarding.
  • Additionally, you will be required to support the Sales team with delivering demonstrations of the more technical aspects of the application.
  • Your Experience

    • 2+ years in a PropTech training, implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing delivery role.
    • Experience delivering both live and virtual training sessions.
    • Track record of managing implementation or onboarding projects, ideally with SaaS platforms.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional EMEA languages a plus).
    • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and CRM/project management systems.
    • Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate landscape, including property management operations, or client accounting.
    • Excellent communicator — able to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to different audiences.
    • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in the EMEA region.
