Your Role
As an integral part of our team, your mission as an Onboarding Consultant is to ensure a seamless integration of Re-Leased software for our clients. You'll serve as the vital link between our company and customers during the onboarding process.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding projects and conduct training for new users.
- Assist with data migration and workflow optimizations.
- Act as a liaison between the customer base and our internal teams.
- Influence product development with user feedback.
- Maintain high-quality service with excellent communication skills.
Your Experience
- Experience in the commercial real estate market.
- Proficient data management and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and agile methodologies.
- Background in accounting (NetSuite, Xero, Sage Intacct etc.).
- Experience of onboarding SaaS customers.
- Proven ability to lead online training sessions.
