At Re-Leased, we’re levelling up real estate and helping property professionals thrive in a digital-first world. Our cloud-based property management platform combines smart automation, AI-driven insights, and deep industry expertise to make everyday work simpler and more rewarding. We’re here to help property professionals run better businesses, build stronger communities, and love what they do.

Your Role

This is a newly created position at Re-Leased — and an exciting one! As Community Manager, you will be the connective tissue of our UK operation, ensuring the office runs brilliantly, our teams are supported, and our culture is felt in everything from day‑to‑day operations to our biggest events of the year. You’ll work closely with the VP of EMEA and the wider management team, touching almost every part of the business — from Sales and Customer teams to HR, Marketing, and Finance. This role is for someone who thrives on variety, takes genuine pride in detail, and brings energy and warmth to everything they do.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day running of the Re-Leased UK office, ensuring it’s a great place to work.
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, and general upkeep.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and logistics.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales and Customer teams.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and ad‑hoc requests that help the teams focus on what they do best.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new starters across commercial functions.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events — from intimate team offsites to larger customer‑facing activations.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing campaigns and brand activations in the UK market.
  • Manage event budgets, supplier relationships, and on‑the‑day execution with precision.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of internal events including End‑of‑Quarter celebrations, team socials, and company milestone moments.
  • Help build and maintain a vibrant, inclusive office culture that reflects Re-Leased's values.
  • Be the person who makes people feel welcome, celebrated, and connected.
  • Partner with the HR team on people-related initiatives, events, and communications.
  • Support recruitment logistics, onboarding coordination, and employee experience programmes.
  • Help maintain a workplace environment where people feel valued and supported.
  • Act as a trusted support to the VP of EMEA and regional management team on operational matters.
  • Liaise confidently across multiple internal stakeholders and functions — from senior leadership to frontline teams.
  • Manage communications, scheduling, and project coordination on behalf of the leadership team where required.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in an office management, operations, events, or EA/PA role — ideally in a fast‑paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Exceptionally organised with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A natural connector — someone who builds relationships easily and communicates with warmth and professionalism.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented; someone who genuinely finds a way.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools (Slack, Notion, or similar).
  • Experience supporting a senior leadership team or regional function.
  • Background in event planning or marketing campaign logistics.
  • Exposure to a high‑growth SaaS or PropTech business.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and people operations.
  • Experience working within, or in close support of, a Sales or Customer team in a SaaS environment.

Our culture

  • People First: One team globally; our people and customers always come first.
  • Find a Way: Like a river, we find a way around all obstacles.
  • Win or Learn: Our journey for improvement never ends; enjoy the ride!
  • Aim High: We dare to set big goals and love the challenge of achieving them against the odds.

Why you’ll love working here

  • Taking care of you: Including comprehensive health insurance, access to a premium EAP service, and an annual wellness allowance to spend on whatever helps you feel good – whether that’s towards a gym membership, new running shoes, or mindfulness apps.
  • Support for families: Generous paid parental leave and flexible, family‑friendly support designed to help growing families balance work and life with confidence.
  • Recognition for tenure and milestones: We celebrate time, commitment, and contribution with milestone rewards and additional leave as you grow your career with us.
  • Flexible working, built for a global team: With customers and teammates across New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and North America, we work in a hybrid, remote‑friendly way with collaborative offices and the flexibility of a balanced approach to WFH/in‑office work.
