A leading and well-established injection moulding manufacturer in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Slinger Setter to join its expanding team. Supplying high-quality components to blue-chip clients across multiple market sectors, this business has invested heavily over the past five years and continues to grow, offering long-term stability and career progression.

Benefits & Working Hours- Rotating 3-shift pattern:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
- Set, adjust, and optimise injection moulding machines to ensure efficient and consistent production
- Carry out tool changes, slinging operations, and mould maintenance to minimise downtime
- Diagnose and resolve moulding and machine faults efficiently and effectively
- Monitor production to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and implement corrective actions where required
- Train, support, and guide production operators to ensure adherence to procedures and best practice
- Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety requirements and promote a safe working environment
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within injection moulding (leadership or supervisory experience advantageous)
- Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding processes, tool changes, and fault finding
- Experience working with both hot runner and cold runner systems
- Proven experience with a range of polymer materials
- Exposure to 3-axis and 6-axis robotic systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to train and support others
- Good IT skills, including production systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
