Job Description

Our client, a dynamic hospitality business known for its premium offering in Cheltenham, is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join their team on a full-time temporary or temp-to-perm basis, driven by ongoing business growth.

The successful Chef de Partie should have

·A passion for high quality food and local produce, willing to learn and development knowledge and skills.

·A strong understanding of food hygiene regulations, incorporating Assured Safe Catering, Allergen Management, COSHH, HASAW, HACCP.

·Knowledge of food preparation, food service, kitchen & bar operations.

In this role, the Chef de Partie will be responsible for

·Assisting the Head Chef in developing new dishes and menu items.

·Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.

·Assist with food preparation and ensure dishes are served promptly.

·Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.

·Collaborate with the wider kitchen teams to produce quality meals.

·Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
