Our client, a growing and well-established property business based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Property Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.

The successful Legal Property Coordinator should have: Previous experience within conveyancing, residential property or a legal support environment.

A sound understanding of the residential property transaction process from instruction through to completion.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.

Strong communication skills, building effective relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness.

In this role, the Legal Property Coordinator will be responsible for: Overseeing residential property transactions, ensuring each case progresses efficiently from sale agreed through to completion.

Acting as the main point of contact between clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties to keep transactions moving.

Monitoring case progress, identifying potential delays and taking appropriate action to minimise disruption.

Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring all compliance procedures and internal records are up to date.

Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the property journey.

Our client is offering the successful Legal Property Coordinator a basic salary in the region of £30,000, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 through an uncapped bonus structure.
