This is a fantastic opportunity to lead site engineering operations, drive reliability improvements, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the maintenance team
- Driving preventative and planned maintenance programmes
- Reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
- Managing maintenance budgets and contractors
- Supporting continuous improvement projects across the site
- Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
- Proven maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing or production
- Excellent problem-solving and people management skills
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- AutoCAD experience desirable
